Paul opens up Tivoli Studios slightly earlier this morning after lots of physical travelling last week. Two main topics. Firstly, a piece of Product Transfers and how clever lenders are in "triaging" customers, but with a timely warning as they're beginning to use AI to determine what options the client is given. Paul suggests some actions advisers can do now to ensure more product transfer business next year.
